An updated menu now has a poke with eel, avocado and iceberg lettuce in it. We kept top hits at the menu too: poke with a snow crab, that goes with iceberg lettuce, avocado, tobiko caviar, fried wonton dough and sweet chili sauce, prawn poke with corn and pickled cucumber.
For the winter season our chef made a venturous experiment with hot aji-poke. Meet Chicken curry poke with coconut milk and white wood mushrooms! And of course we kept the one most loved by our guest — poke with beef in ebara sauce with shiitake mushrooms, tobiko and a secret ingredient.
